We have a range of classes on weekday evenings. If you're feeling energetic then try Step or Fitness Yoga. To tone and condition, we have Fitball or Legs, Bums & Tums or Pilates. All are great workouts!

Zumba is exhilarating, effective and very simple to follow. It is a Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance class and is extremly popular and most importantly fun.
Combining the strength and flexibility elements from Yoga, with the core workout from Pilates, this new class will ensure you are increasing fitness whilst developing a balanced body.
Blast FX
This revolutionary full-body workout is an equipment free conditioning class, focusing on low and high intensity components. Incorporating power, agility, balance and core, this session uses every major muscle group, whilst developing the cardiovascular system.
To tone and condition the lower body.
An energising form of exercise which includes both the body and mind, to improve muscle strength, posture, core stability, flexibility, breathing and relaxation. Not only will you see the physical results, but you will also experience the overall sense of well-being.
Aquafit
This widely accessible class is an aerobics based session, designed to improve and maintain stamina, strength, suppleness and increase fitness levels, using the natural resistance and support of water.
Thisclass is designed to improve strength and endurance through the use of weighted bars and is performed to music. Many benefits to this class includes, reducing body fat, increasing muscle tone and definition (without the bulk).
Fitness Classes - £4.50
Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of £4.50, applicable to both members and non-members.
Attendees must be at least 16 years of age
