The swimming pool is open to the public at various times during the early morning, evening and weekend. Session times may vary: please check the timetable for details.
During the school holidays, extra public sessions will run Monday - Friday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. Please contact the Sports Centre for specific dates.

From the 1st September 2011, there will be change in our lunchtime adult swim sessions:
Adult swim - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 12.30pm - 1.30pm
There will no longer be an adult swim session on a Thursday lunchtime
Admission Policy
The Institute of Sport and Recreation Management (ISRM) has made the following recommendations:
All children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult (of at least 16 years) who must accompany the child/children in the pool.
One adult can supervise 1 child under 4 years old OR 2 children aged 4 - 7 years.
